Dr. Elliot Lander is a board-certified surgeon and co-founder and co-medical director of the California Stem Cell Treatment Center and Cell Surgical Network. A pioneer in regenerative medicine and stromal vascular fraction (SVF) therapy, Dr. Lander has spent more than a decade advancing the clinical application of autologous cellular therapies and educating physicians in regenerative medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has served as Chief of Urology and Chief of Surgery at leading California hospitals. His work focuses on translating regenerative science into practical clinical applications while advancing physician education, standards, and collaboration within the field. 

Dr. Omar Rahman is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist specializing in shoulder and knee conditions, performance medicine, and regenerative therapies. His clinical interests include PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate, adipose-derived cellular therapies, exosomes, peptides, and other biologic approaches to joint preservation and recovery. Dr. Rahman has served on the medical staffs of elite professional sports organizations and combines advanced orthopedic training with an MBA from Georgetown University. Dr. Greg Chernoff is a board-certified plastic surgeon and internationally recognized physician whose career has focused on aesthetic medicine, tissue regeneration, and innovative approaches to patient care. He has extensive experience in advanced surgical and nonsurgical techniques and has been an educator in regenerative and aesthetic medicine for physicians around the world. Dr. Charles Runels is a physician and innovator in regenerative and aesthetic medicine, best known for his work developing and teaching platelet-rich plasma applications in sexual health, aesthetics, and tissue regeneration.
